1. Being responsible for all accounting and financial functions, including reviewing postings, payments, receipts, transactions & monthly closing, and statutory taxation, etc.
2. Prepare various reports with analysis regarding financial performance for management
3. Maintain accounting and financial security by establishing internal controls
4. Manage monthly reports and month-end closing, review and approve journal entries, emphasize accuracy and control; ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
5. Prepare and report on monthly financial status (ie. cash reports and cash flow forecasts), including monitoring petty cash and banking; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
6. Develop strategy, target and prepare financial planning for the company to maximize liquidity and suitable for company operations
7. Control and Check receipt-payment transactions of the company by checking related documents and financial reports
8. Prepare financial planning including cost of fund analysis, financial management, liquidity planning and investment planning
9. Manage and control budget and control sales transactions and sales approval
10. Manage working capital by collecting cash in-out, analyze financial situation of the company, manage cash in-out, transfer and/or borrow loans from financial institutions, banks and prepare reports to supervisors to maximize profit for company
11. Manage Foreign exchange, interest rate and other financial tools to maximize company profit
12. Manage financial risk for the company, control and follow up payments from customers to be on time and coordinate with legal when necessary
13. Maintain compliance for accounting and financial matters with related laws
14. Others as assigned
1.Age between 38-48 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
3. Knowledgeable and experienced 10-year working experience in accounting & financial management of the company
4. Have a leadership, Have a vision, Can make a decision to solve the problem, Provide advice to management, Friendly, Can be coordinated at all levels.
5. Good English skills.
6. Knowledge of Petrochemicals business will be considered.
